Container station

Container stations are an integral part of PURPLAN's tank systems and play a central role in the preconditioning of PUR components. These stations are designed to automatically fill the daily containers and thus optimally prepare the PUR components. Thanks to their modular design, they can be flexibly adapted to different requirements, from simple to highly complex systems with mother-daughter configurations.

Concept and functionality of the container stations

The PUR components supplied by raw material manufacturers come in various types of packaging such as drums, 1000-liter IBC containers or tanker trucks. Container stations are used to hold these containers and also offer the additional safety of collecting any leaking PUR components.

Technical aspects

The PUR components are first conditioned inside the container station. The daily containers are then filled automatically. Different types of station are used depending on requirements. These range from very simple models to highly complex systems, such as mother-daughter systems with additional buffer containers, special agitators, interval switching for the circulation pump and agitator and much more.
